It was an unlikely love because I was never really a fan of western movies, but that’s just the magic of the romance genre, it can make you obsess over genres you would never give the light of day otherwise. The charm of the trope is the gradual development of love in a time where it was really difficult to find it, it just makes us believe in it more, I guess. Because if our hero and heroine can learn to love each other despite the not-so-favorable circumstances, there is hope for us too!
Here are my all-time favorite Western romance novels and cowboy romances, which I promise you’ll fall for just as much. Believe me, don’t let prejudice discourage you, I regretted mine as soon as I picked up the first book in the trope.
